You do not have to be online together

One person has five minutes now; the other is free tonight. A recorded challenge lets you start without waiting in an empty multiplayer room. Play a round, use the result screen to send the challenge, and compare records when your friend has time.

These three games let you begin without installing an app or signing in. Account saving and other online modes have their own requirements, shown in the game. The play buttons below open each game directly.

Mini Golf: compare the total across three holes

Drag and release to take a shot. Finish the short three-hole round, then choose the friend challenge on the result screen to send the same course. Agree to compare total strokes, rather than the most impressive individual shot.

Use a warm-up round to learn the aim and power controls. A stronger shot is not always better: stopping near a wall can make the next angle awkward. Think about where you want the ball to finish, not just how far it will travel.

One-Button Dash: give your friend a ghost to chase

Jump with one button and avoid obstacles. Run the course and share the result challenge so your friend can chase your ghost on the same route. It makes differences in timing easier to understand than a score alone.

Separate your practice run from the round you compare. You can agree on three attempts each and compare the best result, then talk about the obstacle that kept catching you.

Two Beat: play the same section with two buttons

Tap when notes reach the judgement line. Start with the short practice, then use the result screen to send a challenge for the same section. Comparing the same chart is more meaningful than comparing numbers from unrelated songs or difficulties.

Find a comfortable sound and input setup first. Phone speakers and Bluetooth headphones can feel different, so do not assume every timing difference is a difference in skill.

A quick checklist before sharing

  • Finish a practice round and open the result screen’s share or friend-challenge action.
  • Check the course, song and difficulty on the challenge screen.
  • Agree on a small rule such as three attempts each, best record wins.
  • If the sharing panel is unavailable, use the link-copy option provided by the game.

Keep the stakes friendly

Let the winner choose the next game instead of wagering money or items. A friend can reply later or skip a round. The point is to leave each other a small, enjoyable challenge.

Recorded friend challenges are different from live multiplayer rooms. This guide describes the result-sharing flows in these three games; follow the latest in-game instructions if a screen changes.
