1. Using the service
GameNow provides browser-game links, information and a community. Each game’s own instructions and terms govern its controls, use and payments. Features may change or be interrupted for improvement or maintenance.
2. Accounts and responsibility
GameNow accounts are managed on the GameNow sign-in page and at Arcade. Do not use another person’s account or share your password. Follow the age and guardian-consent requirements that apply where you live.
3. Community conduct
Illegal content, infringement, harassment, hate, exposure of personal information, spam, advertising, encouragement of cheating and disruption are prohibited. Moderators may delete violations and restrict repeated abuse.
4. Content and rights
You retain the rights to your content. Posting permits the service to store and display it for the community. Publish only material you own or have permission to share. Deletion tools and a contact channel are provided.
5. Quality and responsibility
A solo-developed service may contain errors and experience downtime. Continuous availability and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed. These terms do not remove statutory user rights or legal responsibilities of the operator.
