What is it?
Ladder Carnival is a ladder draw (Amidakuji, Ghost Leg) for 2–16 people. Enter players and outcomes to build a ladder, then tap a name to send that player down the light and reveal the result.
Choose Classic, Festival or Chaos. In Chaos, portals leap across lanes and broken switches bounce runners back, so nobody can guess the result. Hide the ladder to reveal only the paths travelled.
Share results to messengers, save an image or CSV, or send a link with results hidden so friends start the draw themselves. No sign-in, no install.
How to play
- Choose how many are playing and enter names and outcomes. Paste several lines at once, or use the coffee, speaking-order or team presets.
- Pick a mood: Classic is the familiar ladder, Festival adds light and fireworks, and Chaos adds portals and switches.
- After the ladder is built, tap a name at the top to send that player off. 'Start everyone' sends them all at once.
- On arrival a name-and-result card appears. A one-of-a-kind outcome among repeated ones (like 'buys coffee') gets a gold spotlight card.
- When everyone arrives, a summary by outcome opens. Share it to messengers or save a result image or CSV.
Good to know
- Turn on 'Hide the ladder' to cover the rungs and reveal only the paths travelled, so nobody can trace results in advance.
- In Chaos, portals swap you with a distant lane, while switches are broken rungs that bounce you back to your own lane.
- Results are fixed before anyone starts. Speed, sound, pause and replays never change them.
- 'Send link, no spoilers' shares just the ladder, so friends who open it can start the draw themselves.
